New photo's in Picasa

Well I finally got to finish my 'Memories of Mum' album and have upload the photo's to Picasa. The album is a K & Co 6x6 album. This is the first 6x6 album I have done and I actually found the small size quite restricting when it came to the layouts as I didn't want the photo's too small. Anyhow, I am pleased with the overall finished album.

My Little Man Murphy

Well its been quite a day for me today and I must say I am glad its nearly bedtime! My little man Murphy was in the vets today for his Op (you know the one . . .  removal of certain male parts - Ouch!) So already in his six months of life he has lost an eye and two precious jewels. He is our special boy x

I dropped him off at 9am and it was well past 4pm before we got him home and bless him he was so sleepy. Anyhow, it all went well and he is now curled up fast asleep beside my bed on a lovely warm blanket. Oh what a worry these KittyCat's are. Still maybe now Madison Babycakes will be safe from his unwanted advances. It will be her turn next along with Bailey - thats a day I'm not looking forward to :( but these things have to be done to keep a happy home, with six kittycat's in the house we don't want any unplanned arrivals.

On a crafting front nothing much happened - I could not concentrate at all, so I sat in front of the TV and watched Joanna Sheen on Create & Craft. I love her style, her cards are always lovely. It was a 2 hour show which I watched all the way through without any interruptions along with a lovely cup of coffee and a chocolate biscuit.  

The February Challenge at AdornIt Carolee's Creations

I completed this layout for the 2010 Challenge that is happening on the AdornIt Blog/FB Page . . . .  the theme for February being 'Lucky Everyday  . . . ' using polka dots, folded ribbon and a journaling spot. I am really pleased with the finished article and have posted it up on the FB fan page - looking forward to seeing everyone else's layouts too. 

Sunny Sunday in Templemoyle . . . . .

Well, the weather is a little kinder to us today so I have enjoyed a walk  on the beach with our Chocolate Lab's Max & Coco and am now going to spend some time scrapping with the new #92 Creative Scrappers sketch for inspiration.
