Crikey its been an age since I blogged here! Almost 2 months. Well the reason for my blogging absence is simply that I haven't had much of anything crafty to share. A few ups-and-downs with health issues, severe case of mojo-itis, poorly kittens and a house full of kids (school holidays!) has zapped my creative juices and even when I have had the time to craft I just haven't felt like it.
I have only managed 4 LO’s in the past 2 months – how terrible is that ? These were all done for various groups or challenges.
A New Addition
LO featuring my 3 latest fur-babies Miley, Olivia and Willow. The crochet flowers are my own handy work and I am very proud of them.
If Only You Had Smiled
Getting a decent photo of my boys is hard work as either one or both of them insist on pulling faces. I really love this photo, which would have been a great shot if only Tony had smiled instead of pulling a face. But then again, maybe it is a great shot as it shows his mischievous character. The LO was done for a weekly challenge on UKScrappers.
Proud
This LO was my Sketch & Scrap submission for June. My darling daughter Amy proudly holding her 2 awards from the end of year service. One was for 100% attendance and the other for outstanding achievement and dedication to school work. Are we proud ? You bet we are.
And finally . . .
Teddy
This LO was done as an example for our team (Ric Rac Ravers) challenge on UKScrappers a couple of weeks ago. The criteria for the challenge was to use the given sketch, a green pink and white colour combo, stitching (real or faux) and ric rac. The photo is of Teddy, one of my adorable furbabies x
So there we have it! All my creativeness of the past 2 months. Well, thats not entirely true as there is my Sketch & Scrap LO ready for uploading on the 1st August and a couple of birthday cards for my twin babies as they turn 13 on Sunday, so I will share those in due course.
Thanks for stopping by,
Hugs
Dee
